Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. By using the site, you are considered to have agreed to these rules.

1. Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the j0y9 platform and its user ("you" or "member"). j0y9 is an online gaming platform that provides digital entertainment services in Bangladesh. The platform includes slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and other gaming activities.

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions have specific meanings:

  • "Platform" — The j0y9.cam website and all its associated services.
  • "Member" — A person who holds a registered account on the j0y9 platform.
  • "Account" — A member's personal gaming account secured by login credentials.
  • "Bonus" — Any promotional funds or credits provided by the platform.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to complete a specified amount of bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To participate on the j0y9 platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only. Providing false age information during registration is a serious violation and may result in immediate account closure.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information. A person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a punishable violation.

2.3 Account Verification

j0y9 may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time. If asked to submit a National ID (NID), passport, or other valid identification, it must be provided within the specified timeframe. Account activity may be temporarily suspended if verification is not completed.

3. Account Management and Security

Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is entirely your responsibility and is prohibited. You will be fully responsible for all transactions and activities carried out using your account.

If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately via live chat or email. j0y9 will not be held liable for damage caused by unauthorized third-party access if the member themselves disclosed their credentials through negligence.

  • Change your password regularly.
  • Always log out after using your account on a public or shared device.
  • Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.
  • Using automated software (bots) on an account is prohibited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) on the j0y9 platform is ৳200. When making a deposit, you must complete the transaction with correct details and keep the transaction number for your records.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All valid withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawal.

4.3 Payment Verification

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. j0y9 may request additional information or documents for any suspicious transaction and reserves the right to place a hold on the transaction if necessary.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, a deposit must be made for the first time after registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means withdrawal is only allowed after completing total bets equal to 15 times the bonus amount. Only bonus funds may be used for betting before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless stated otherwise.
  • Bonus terms may have a set time limit; the bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
  • If bonus misuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • j0y9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy

Fair play is ensured on the j0y9 platform. All game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others) operate their games in accordance with international standards.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Playing games with the help of software, bots, or automated tools.
  • Attempting to interfere with or manipulate game results.
  • Playing games through collusive arrangements with other members.
  • Using multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
  • Exploiting technical errors on the platform.

6.3 Technical Errors

Any winnings that are incorrectly displayed or credited due to a technical error will be considered invalid and j0y9 reserves the right to void them. It is the member's responsibility to report any technical issue to the support team immediately.

7. Cricket and Sports Betting Rules

The following special terms apply to cricket betting (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments) and other sports betting on j0y9:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.
  • If a match is abandoned or suspended before the scheduled time, the result will be determined according to j0y9's policy.
  • In the event of a match delay caused by a public holiday or natural disaster, j0y9's decision will be final.
  • Match times and results will be determined according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

8. Responsible Gaming

j0y9 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be considered a source of income. We advise members to follow the guidelines below:

  • Never bet beyond your set budget.
  • Avoid the tendency to bet more in an attempt to recover lost funds.
  • Set a time limit for gaming and stick to it.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by j0y9

j0y9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Account credentials being exposed due to the member's own negligence.
  • Delays or issues with services from third-party payment processors.
  • Service disruption caused by natural disasters or government directives.

j0y9 reserves the right to modify, update, or temporarily suspend any service on the platform at any time without prior notice.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, the member must first contact our support team via 24/7 live chat or email ([email protected]). We will endeavour to resolve the complaint within a reasonable timeframe.

If a resolution is not reached through the support team, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion. j0y9's decision will be considered final.

13. Intellectual Property and Content

All content on the j0y9 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software — is protected under intellectual property law. Members may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without prior written permission from j0y9 is prohibited.

14. Changes to Terms

j0y9 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes as early as reasonably possible.
